Lost in life and I don't know why! Why is it so easy for others to hurt you? Why do they not give thought before an action of emotional consequence? The world is so flubbed up that it boggles the mind! Probably why we are a culture of shock acceptance! Since the dawn of our time, and most likely for the humanoids who preceded us, we destroy by nature! A sentient cancer upon each other and our planet! A species so immature it has probably destroyed itself many times over! Born again? Probably so! The world is at war! Nothing new there, the problem is the comments as they express the views of so many different perceptions. Scary really! Comments of the insane telling the sane that they are insane! Insanity! 

 

I look back and remember all the people in my life, whether breezing quickly through it or in it for eternity in the memory or in person. I think back at how hard I have worked as an employee. I saw no loyalty in the work world. In fact, as we all have experienced, I found dishonesty and manipulation. Such a sad thing really, but we are jaded! Tainted with the history of human failure and abuse. Children given all by parents only to turn their back and live a life of selfishness. A silent cry escapes my lips in the knowledge that twenty-three years of my life wasted. Thrown away as easily as love discarded! Parents who through choice of actions condemn their children to a life of circumstances beyond their control. Zealots for parents! The brutality of children! Their cruelty can rival any torturous moment in history. Sadness and self-loathing can overcome a child from such abuse! A mother who never says I love you! What does that teach? Or does it give a false impression of loves reality?  

 

A Government that dictates all, even down to the health and longevity of its people! An old theory, is that a society of struggle gives no time for discontent. Give them just enough to feel hope, but not enough to achieve hope! Who said that? Me!!! Our country tis a thief! Sweet land of Liberty, for others maybe! Jealousy is easily found, only ourselves to blame. We want what they have! We wonder why them and not you! Sometimes it is as simple as luck, if that's what you call it. Sometimes it is a life setup by the past's behavior. What is the truth of our existence and why do we struggle so to be better? Death in the name of religion! Why can't religion be personal? Why does it have to intervene and be forced? Forced in the sense of peer pressure or society's expectations! Forced through the strong arm of violence! Whole nations are killing because they believe that their beliefs are the only ones that matter, above lives, above decency and most importantly above their own teachings! Government and religion should never mix! To intertwine breeds contempt! 

 

We are such tiny specks on a very small planet in the middle of nowhere! Why shouldn't we be of no country? We are all each other has, together here on our earth! Forever lost in confusion. When an infant cries as if in fear, what is he seeing? If his mind has not been imprinted with the data of danger or the remembrance of heartache, then what is causing such fear? I believe it is the same thing that holds our anger, resentment and anxiety, the fear of not knowing what there is to fear! Sure, when we look down we feel like giants. When I look up, I feel like an ant!
